15 July 2004, The Human Development Report (HDR) 2004 Launched in Brussels
The International launch of the HDR 2004 took place in Brussels on the 15th of July 2004. UNDP Saudi Arabia disseminated the press kits to all media outlets, and the UNDP Resident Representative Mr. El-Mostafa Benlamlih undertook several newspaper interviews to discuss major attributes about the report and highlight specific aspects on Saudi Arabia’s performance.
